Nepal's banking sector continued its impressive rally this week as several major commercial banks reported better-than-expected second-quarter results. Nabil Bank led the pack with a 22% increase in net profit, while NIC Asia and Global IME Bank also posted double-digit earnings growth.

The Banking sub-index gained 1.45% during the session, outperforming the broader market.
